We have a standard puddle. She has very curly and thick hair. The shaver always stopped working and be very hot because the hair is too thick. This scissors is easy to use to cut the hair for her. I could use it to get the style I wanted.

I was surprised these were so nice for the price. I love the edge, their professional grade no rusting. The winning feature for me trimming my Yorkshire Terriers face is their totally quiet.

We have a Coton De Tulear and his hair is very soft and not easy to cut. These work great!

So many scissors, so many choices, but how do you know???? I guess you just try one ~ right? I'm happy with the choice I made, I'm new to grooming my own dog (who knew that taking a Labradoodle puppy home from the shelter committed me to a lifetime of grooming charges? Not ME! ;) ) So I started to groom her myself and it's a learning process. I have good clippers but soon knew I needed to be doing some scissoring too and the curved blade is ideal for not only "rounding" on the feet, ears, and face but,,, using the backside of the curve keeps the tips safely away from stuff you don't want to cut! These cut Much more easily than the hair scissors I had and, as I said, the curved blade becomes a real asset! I just ordered a pair of Fengliren thinning scissors because I was so pleased with these...

Awesome product

These grooming scissors are a bit pricy but worth every penny. They are very sharp, yet comfortable to use. What I found really good is that they actually cut your dogs fur without any pulling. I have a Chow Chow who is sensitive to grooming and clipping and these worked so well he didn't even know I was cutting his fur. I would highly recommend these scissors.

I can't believe how sharp these scissors are! I did cut my dog's ear as I wasn't use to how easy they cut hair. I also cut myself on them, so be careful. They are the best I have ever used and I have groomed my Scotties for over 25 years myself. If you want good scissors, pay the money and get these!

Excellent quality, made well, very sharp, easy to use, they are a bit heavy but they cut perfectly. They are very big but perfect for what I needed. Excellent price.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:
I confess, I haven't used these much on the dog. But, they work fantastic for my hair! A good sharp cut, not chewing it off. Beware the tips because these cut right out to the tips. They cut hair and skin! I recommend them, but expect they will last me for awhile. Great value for the money.
