I purchased these as a back up to a more expensive pair that I purchased from my sharpener. Turns out these are better. They've lasted much longer and are one of my favorites to use.

Exactly what I was looking for! These shears are more like chunkers than blenders. Purchased them to use when I needed a heavier duty blender. They work well for Doodles and areas where you want to quickly take off length without leaving a cutting line. I use for detail trims and muzzles on Doodles. For a smother finish I follow with finer chunkers. The first day of use both finger rests fell off while using. Luckily I found them and secured them by tightening well. These are well made and balanced, I recommend these and will be trying other shears by EliteTrim.

I groom professionally and chunkers are my best friend at work. The EliteTrims are lightweight, comfortable and cuts beautifully. They arrived sharp and ready to use, which is a huge plus for me because value shears like these often arrive dull or become dull very quickly. I personally wouldn’t use these shears for refinement, but they’re great for bulk cutting and blending. I can definitely recommend these for beginners and professionals alike.

Bonus: I love the details in the packaging. It arrived with an extra pinkie rest and a QR code with a tutorial on how to repair the shears if they don’t close properly. Definitely appreciate these little touches. They make a huge difference for people who really don’t understand their tools yet.

It took a while to get the hang of using it. It is a bit cumbersome to use if you're left handed. It got the job done, though. Now that the restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic have eased up a little, our dog groomer is back in business so I'm giving it to her and she'll probably make better use of it than me.

This is the second time I bought this shears. I’m dog groomer and absolutely love this ones, I use them everyday. First time I got my first pair was in 2023, they still work but I wanted to use them as a back up

Loved the product however, the black bezels inside each finger hole fell out during the first usage. I had to very carefully glue them both in. Otherwise they are a very good product.
