Always brush and clean the dog's coat before trimming. Dirt or moisture can dull the blades and affect cutting performance.
Let the 360° swivel thumb guide your hand naturally. Rotate your grip with the curve of the dog's body—this minimizes wrist strain and improves precision.
For tangled or matted areas, use thinning shears first. Cutting through mats with straight shears can damage the blades or cause pulling.

Did Not Disappoint! Cuts well & fits great in my hand.

As a professional of 20yrs I’ve tried a lot of brands, spending lots of money. I once won the original orange roc it dogs & I was shocked @ how well a $99 shear worked! So when I saw the swivel thumb, I had to try it. They did not disappoint! Cuts well & most comfortable swivel shear I’ve had. Great deal. Thinking of buying a back up pair.

Great Shears for the Price

Bought these as a backup to my main pair of shears and these have now replaced them. I was having a lot of pain in my thumb and hands and my regular shears were not helping the matter. I decided to try a cheap pair of swivel shears to see if they would ease some of the discomfort I was experiencing and to my surprise these were very easy to adjust to and they are SUPER AFFORDABLE! I will be interested to see how the blade lasts on these to determine if I will need to upgrade to a better pair.
