1. Choose the Right Port Size
Select from 3 available port openings to fit your pet’s nail size:

• Small Port – For small pets like cats, puppies, or toy breeds
• Medium Port – For medium-sized dogs such as Cocker Spaniels or Beagles
• Large Port / Open Slot – For large breeds or confident users who prefer full access

To switch ports, gently rotate the protective cap until the desired slot aligns with the grinding head.

2. Attach or Remove the Nail Dust Collector

• This grinder features a removable nail dust collector that catches dust while you grind.
• Snap it into place before starting for a cleaner experience. After use, twist and remove the cap to empty the dust.
• Rinse with water and let dry before the next use.

3. Turn On the LED Light

Press the LAMP button to activate the built-in LED.

This focused light helps you locate the quick (the bloodline) inside the nail, so you can trim safely and precisely.

4. Adjust the Grinding Speed

Rotate the dial at the base to select from 6 speed levels (7000–12000 RPM).

• Use lower speeds (1–2) for small or nervous pets
• Medium speeds (3–4) for most household dogs
• High speeds (5–6) for thick or large nails

Turn clockwise to increase speed, counterclockwise to reduce.

5. Start Grinding the Nails

• Hold your pet’s paw gently but firmly. Insert the nail into the selected port and apply light pressure.
• Grind in short bursts (1–2 seconds each), checking progress frequently.
• Move steadily and avoid staying in one spot too long.

6. Reward and Clean

Once finished, praise your pet and offer a treat to create a positive association.

Detach the dust collector and empty the nail debris. Wipe the grinder head clean with a cloth or soft brush.
