Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
To start a return or exchange:

- We’ll send you a return authorization form and instructions.
- Pack the item securely, and ship it back to us.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refunds are processed within3-5 business daysafter we receive your return. Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take an additional5-10 business daysfor the refund to appear in your account.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
