I have a golden retriever I took to 3 salons and all 3 ruined her trim. I’ll do her myself. Read instructions on internet and they recommend this style of scissors, a comb and a brush. That’s all I need. Scissors are very sharp, which is what you want.

these scissors cut very nicely and delicately. I use them to trim up the ends of my shiba's booty and they work really well. I also scissored around the paws of my labradoodle and they did the job. Plus I love the pretty green color. I do recommend!
